The Good mEdicine Roadmap

The embodiment of true health is when body, mind and spirit are working together in harmony and in balance. When you address and heal the nervous system you are also healing the emotional body, when you heal the emotional body you are also healing the psychic body. When you heal the psychic body you heal and elevate your vibration. Once you have healed your vibration realities shift..

Reclaim Your Sovereignty

THE SACRED WOMB:

A SHAMANIC INTRODUCTION TO THE POWER CENTER OF WOMEN

Before we move deeper into your healing, we have to open the door to the part of you that modern medicine has consistently overlooked; the part that ancient cultures protected, revered, and understood as the center of a woman’s spiritual, emotional, and creative power. That place is the womb. Not only as an organ, not only as a cycle-keeper, and not only as a reproductive structure, but as a living spiritual chamber that holds memory, intuition, ancestral inheritance, and the deepest truths of who you are.

Across cultures and continents, long before Western medicine existed, the womb was known as the seat of feminine power. In Indigenous North American teachings, it was called the water drum, the internal vessel where intuition, dream wisdom, and emotional intelligence were born. In Hawaiian and Polynesian medicine, the womb was recognized as the piko, the center of mana, the source of spiritual authority and personal power. You come from this lineage, the same lineage that held the Paui riders, sovereign women who carried their intuition through the hips, the breath, and the swing of the horse beneath them.

African shamanic traditions saw the womb as the first altar, the original home of creation, where the ancestors placed their blessings and their unfinished stories. In Tantra and Vedic teachings, the womb was understood as the gateway of Shakti; the divine feminine force that births universes, ideas, and identity. And throughout Celtic, Nordic, and European mystery traditions, it was revered as the cauldron of rebirth, the well of transformation where emotions were transmuted and truth took form.

These cultures differed in language, geography, and symbolism, but they all shared one truth: The womb is not simply a physical space; it is a spiritual portal.

The womb remembers everything your mind was too overwhelmed to process and everything your voice was too afraid to speak. It holds the emotions you swallowed, the boundaries you never named, the relationships that drained you, the pleasure you denied, the creativity you buried, and the truth you abandoned in order to survive. It stores the tension of every moment where you felt unsafe, unseen, or unheard; because the womb is the body’s deepest archivist. When we work with the womb, we are not healing hormones first.

We are healing history.

What is often called the “divine feminine” is not some external goddess figure; it is the living presence that moves through your body, especially your pelvis, intuition, breath, and emotional landscape. The divine feminine speaks through sensation rather than logic, through openness rather than force, and through the cyclical flow of life rather than rigid timelines. When the womb is shut down, the feminine becomes muted. When the womb awakens, the feminine rises like warm water from deep within the earth.

This is why so many women experience their spiritual gifts through the body. Some are clairvoyant, some clairaudient; but women with strong sacral centers are clairsentient. Their intuition speaks not as images or words, but as a sudden contraction in the gut, a wave of emotion, heat in the pelvis, or a full-body yes that has no language but perfect clarity. This is your gift, Elisabeth.

Your intuition is womb-born.

And when we understand the womb as an intuitive center, PCOS reveals its deeper spiritual layer. PCOS is not only metabolic or hormonal; it is often a sign of energetic congestion in the sacral. This is the center where unspoken emotions gather, where suppressed truth gets stored, where fear of being too much takes root, where creativity is stifled, and where the feminine identity never had the safety to fully form. When the womb is overwhelmed, the ovaries tighten. When emotional expression shuts down, hormonal expression shuts down. This does not mean your body is malfunctioning. It means your body is communicating.

As we enter this next month of healing, know this: you are not simply balancing the physical body; you are stepping into a womb initiation. This is where your biology, intuition, and spiritual identity begin to braid together. Here, the feminine that was silenced becomes audible. The emotions you pushed down rise to be honored. The lineage of women behind you gathers around you. The Paui riders, your grandmother, and the ancestral feminine wisdom that has been waiting for you begin to speak.

Your womb is ready to open as your oracle. She is ready to tell you what she has held for you, what she has protected you from, and what she now wants you to reclaim. This is the month where the deepest part of you finally has a voice.

And you are ready to listen.

THE WOMB–PCOS CONNECTION

A Scientific, Spiritual, and Energetic Deep Dive

One of the biggest lies modern medicine ever told women is that PCOS is strictly a hormonal disorder. That it begins in your ovaries. That it ends in your ovaries. That it is random or genetic or simply “your body being difficult.”

The deeper truth; the one both functional medicine and ancient feminine traditions agree on when you know where to look…is that PCOS is the body’s response to overload in the sacral center, the womb space. It is a whole-system imbalance centered around safety, inflammation, intuition, metabolic signaling, and emotional suppression. And once you understand how your womb actually functions; not just physically, but energetically… your PCOS story finally makes sense.

Let’s walk through it from both angles, science and spirit, because they are not opposites. They are layers of the same truth.

THE SCIENCE: PCOS BEGINS LONG BEFORE THE OVARIES SHOW SYMPTOMS

PCOS is misunderstood because by the time ovarian symptoms appear, the deeper imbalances have already been active for years.

Functionally, PCOS is driven by four major pillars:

  1. Insulin resistance

  2. Inflammation and immune activation

  3. Disrupted hormonal signaling between the brain and ovaries

  4. Nutrient depletion impacting endocrine function

As we have discussed, your labs showed each of these patterns.

None of these arise in isolation.

All of them reflect a body that has been in long-term overdrive, managing stressors it never had the resources to resolve. And here is where science meets the womb. When the body is not safe, the womb is the first system to dim its rhythm.

THE SPIRIT: THE WOMB AS THE BODY’S SAFETY BAROMETER

Your womb is one of the most metabolically expensive organs you have. It requires stable blood sugar, stable inflammation, and stable emotional conditions to stay open and expressive. When life becomes overwhelming, when emotions are swallowed, when boundaries are violated or never spoken, when stress becomes a baseline, the body makes a decision:

Survival over creation.

Safety over sensuality.

Defense over openness.

In shamanic traditions, this is called womb withdrawal; the moment the energy of the sacral pulls back into itself for protection. Western medicine sees the physical side of this (cycle irregularity, ovarian dysfunction, androgen imbalance). Shamanic medicine sees the cause: The womb closes when a woman carries too much. PCOS is not your body malfunctioning.

PCOS was your body protecting you. and now we get to release the outdated protection programming.

THE NEUROENDOCRINE LINK:

HOW EMOTIONS BECOME HORMONES, AND HORMONES BECOME SYMPTOMS

Every emotion you experience creates a measurable cascade of biochemical signals.

Fear elevates cortisol.

Suppression elevates adrenaline.

Chronic overwhelm destabilizes insulin.

Powerlessness tightens the pelvis.

Unspoken truth constricts the diaphragm and shortens the breath.

Long-term stress exhausts magnesium and B vitamins.

Inflammation rises when the body feels threatened.

The autonomic nervous system shifts into survival mode.

The womb is wired directly into these networks. The ovaries receive their instructions from the brain, and the brain receives its instructions from the nervous system. The nervous system receives its instructions from how safe you feel in your body. When safety is inconsistent, hormonal signaling becomes inconsistent. When emotions stay stuck, ovarian follicles stay stuck. When inflammation rises, ovulation becomes harder. When insulin spikes, testosterone rises. When the womb is energetically closed, the body stops prioritizing rhythmic cycles. This is not random. This is a closed sacral center echoing through the endocrine system.

THE ENERGETIC MAP: WHAT PCOS LOOKS LIKE IN THE WOMB

From a shamanic perspective, PCOS shows up in the womb as:

  • stagnation

  • heaviness

  • congestion

  • unexpressed emotion

  • creative suppression

  • lack of circulation

  • a dimming of the feminine flame

  • difficulty accessing pleasure

  • an internalized belief that being “too much” is unsafe

  • a history of ignoring intuitive signals

  • a pattern of enduring instead of expressing

The ovaries respond by holding.

Holding fluid.

Holding emotion.

Holding tension.

Holding energy that has nowhere to flow.

This is why PCOS often forms in women who are intuitive but untrained in their intuition, sensitive but taught to disconnect, emotionally aware but trained to be “easy,” “nice,” or “low maintenance.” Your womb has been carrying emotional weight for years (most of it not even yours to carry) Now we are finally giving her permission to release it.

THE WOMB’S ROLE IN METABOLIC HEALING

Here is the part your doctors will never tell you: The sacral center governs the flow of life force through the pelvis, and that flow influences insulin sensitivity. When the sacral is shut down, the digestive fire weakens, the pancreas overworks, and the nervous system becomes reactive. When the womb opens, inflammation drops, metabolism steadies, and insulin responds more gracefully. This is not metaphor. This is measurable because the womb is not separate from the endocrine system. It is the endocrine system’s emotional oracle.

THE TRUTH: PCOS IS NOT A CURSE: IT’S A COMPASS

Your PCOS is not a failure. It is not an identity. It is not a life sentence. It is not a flaw in your body. It is a message. A compass. A call to return to your feminine center. A call to reopen the parts of you that had to shut down to keep you safe. A call to reclaim your intuition, your pleasure, your boundaries, your voice, your cycles, and your rhythm. Your womb has been whispering to you for years: “I am carrying things you were not meant to carry. Let me release them.”

CLAIRSENTIENCE, EMPATHY & THE SACRAL CENTER

Reclaiming the Intuitive Gifts That Were Misunderstood, Silenced, and Medicated

Elisabeth, one of the most important things you will learn about yourself in this phase of healing is that your intuitive sensitivity was never a problem. It was a gift. It was your earliest spiritual language. It was your body speaking to you in the only way it knew how, because words were never big enough to hold the truth you were carrying. But when a young girl feels deeply in a world that teaches numbness, she is often labeled instead of understood. That is what happened to you.

From a very early age, you were not feeling emotions that belonged only to you. You were feeling the emotional states of everyone in the room. You were tracking the tension between people before they spoke. You were reading energy that adults around you could not read. You were absorbing the atmosphere in your home. You were interpreting subtle shifts that others were blind to. You were learning life through sensation.

This is clairsentience, the intuitive gift of the body, the gift of the womb, the gift of the sacral center. And it is especially strong in women whose ancestry carries feminine wisdom and animal totems like the horse. But instead of being taught how to navigate this sensitivity, you were told something was wrong with you.

You were given labels.

You were given diagnoses.

You were given medications.

You were taught to fear your own mind.

You were taught to distrust your own body.

You were taught that what you felt was unsafe.

And when a young intuitive is told her inner world is dangerous, her system goes into survival mode. Overwhelm becomes psychosis. Sensitivity becomes panic. Intuition becomes chaos. She is not losing her mind. She is drowning in information her nervous system was never taught to interpret.

You were medicated through the years when your sacral center was beginning its maturation. Around ages twelve to fourteen, the womb begins to awaken as a spiritual center. The sacral develops the ability to feel desire, emotion, intuition, creativity, and energetic boundaries. This is the age when many gifted women first feel the fullness of their intuition. And that is the exact age you were silenced. Your sacral center was trying to open. Your intuition was trying to activate. Your clairsentience was trying to guide you.

Your body was speaking in a language no one else understood. The system around you responded by shutting it down. And so your womb dimmed its light. Your emotions became overwhelming instead of instructive. Your sensitivity turned inward and imploded. Everything that could have been a gift began to feel like a curse. But the body never forgets who you are. Your womb held the keys to your intuition for safekeeping. Your sacral held your emotional intelligence. Your spirit held your sensitivity beneath layers of protection. Your horse medicine totem stayed quietly beside you. Your solar plexus dimmed but continued to pulse beneath the surface.

Every part of you waited for the moment when you would be safe enough to reclaim what was taken from you.

That moment is now.

CLAIRSENTIENCE IS WOMB WISDOM

Your intuition does not speak through visions or a booming voice from above. It speaks through your body. Through sensation. Through emotion. Through tightness or openness. Through warmth or contraction. Through the subtle internal signals you feel in your hip bones, your stomach, your pelvis, your lower abdomen. This is the language of the sacral center. Clairsentients do not analyze their intuition. They feel it. They track shifts in energy before they understand them mentally. They know the truth because their womb knows the truth. They sense the emotional weather inside people. They read the intentions beneath words. They navigate the world through embodied knowing instead of thought.

And who else does this?

Horses.

Your totem makes perfect sense for a woman with your gifts. Horses are clairsentient animals. They read energy. They feel intention. They sense truth. They respond not to what is said, but to what is meant. They are sensitive, powerful, intuitive creatures whose entire communication system is built on sensation and presence. Your spirit recognizes this medicine instinctively. Your womb knows how to speak horse. Your intuition knows how to listen in the dark. Your sacral knows how to feel what others cannot name. None of this is accidental. It is your design.

RECONNECTING WHAT WAS BROKEN, RECLAIMING WHAT WAS YOURS

Last month, we stepped into your solar plexus to remind you that you do know the path forward. Your inner fire is not unreliable. Your mind is not broken. Your willpower is not fractured. Your inner compass has always been correct. You simply needed to remember it after years of being told the opposite. This month, we take that reclaimed confidence and we bring it down into the sacral. We give your womb what she needed when you were younger: support, understanding, guidance, safety, and permission to feel. This is reparenting your sacral center. This is healing the intuitive child inside you. This is liberating the woman you were born to be. You are not becoming intuitive, you have always been intuitive; you are simply learning the language your body has spoken your entire life.

THE SACRAL AS A HOMECOMING

You are not stepping into something new. You are returning to yourself.

This month is not about forcing your womb to function differently. It is about learning how to let her speak. It is about honoring your feminine identity, your emotional intelligence, your sensitivity, your intuition, your wisdom, your boundaries, and your divine connection.

It is about finally giving your body what she needed before the world told her to shut down. Reparenting the sacral is reclaiming the girl who was misunderstood. Honoring the womb is honoring the woman who survived. Awakening your intuition is awakening the parts of you that were waiting.

This is your homecoming.

And I promise you, you are ready.

Week One Guided Practice

Breathing Open the Sacral Center

This guided practice is your introduction to the deeper layers of your sacral center; the emotional, intuitive, and energetic currents that live inside your womb space. Through breathwork, sensory listening, and gentle sacral activation, this practice invites you to reconnect with the intuitive wisdom held in your lower belly. Instead of revisiting the past, you will be learning how your womb communicates right now, in the present moment. This is the beginning of forming a new relationship with your sacral center, one built on safety, trust, and clarity. The breathwork you’ll move through is designed to soften the pelvic bowl, calm the nervous system, and open the intuitive pathway that was muted for so many years.

I also want you to know that the sacral center is emotional by nature, and that is not only normal; it is sacred. You may feel warmth, tightness, memories, tears, or unexpected sensations. All of these are signs that your womb is releasing what she has held for you and reclaiming the parts of your feminine center that were suppressed. This practice is your permission slip to let anything rise that wants to be witnessed. You are not holding it alone. Through your breath, you are giving it back to the waters, back to flow, back to movement, back to the place where heaviness becomes clarity. This is a practice of release and a practice of reclamation, and you are ready for both.

Week Two Guided Practice

This week’s practice is designed to open the throat–sacral axis, the energetic pathway that connects your womb to your voice. Throughout your life, you were taught to suppress your emotions, silence your intuition, and shrink your expression. You were labeled, misunderstood, and medicated during the years when your sacral center was trying to awaken. This ritual is your permission slip to let your body speak; through sound, breath, movement, vibration, and expression. This is not a quiet practice. It is a reclamation. Your voice is your somatic tool, and this session teaches your body that it is finally safe to express what was never allowed to move. This is your full send permission slip, let loud if you need to, dance, sway, cry, hum, invoke, yell… ALL IS SACRED

Because the sacral center is emotional by nature, you may experience tears, heat, memories, anger, release, softness, or unexpected sensations… all of which are powerful signs that your womb is clearing old suppression patterns. This practice uses music, movement, intuitive sound, and breathwork to help your womb empty what she has carried and reopen the channels of truth, intuition, and feminine power within you. This is where stored emotion becomes flow, where silence becomes expression, and where the parts of you that were once suppressed are finally given a path out of your body.

You will be asked to pick two empowerment songs of your choosing for this practice. Play them LOUD. SEND IT SISTER.

Give it all to the waters
