Welcome to The Good Medicine Collective, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online content, and services including Oracle Medicine, educational materials, courses, and private consultations (collectively, the “Services”). By engaging with our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Educational and Informational Purpose Only
All content, resources, and guidance provided by The Good Medicine Collective, LLC and Ayla Reed are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared through our website, sessions, courses, or materials should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ayla Reed is not acting as a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or other state-licensed healthcare provider. The information shared through Oracle Medicine, functional wellness consulting, or energy healing is not intended to replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by your primary care physician or other licensed professional.
2. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent
By participating in any Service, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You understand that you are choosing to engage in a holistic and integrative process that may include discussion of nutrition, lifestyle, emotional and energetic healing, or spiritual practices. You agree to use your own judgment before applying any recommendations and if you deem necessary to seek professional medical advice before making any changes to your health routine, supplements, medications, or lifestyle practices.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
While The Good Medicine Collective, LLC strives to provide accurate, high-quality information and services, we make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes. Every individual’s body, energy, and circumstances are unique, and results will vary. All Services are provided “as is,” without any warranty, express or implied.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Medicine Collective, LLC and its representatives, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) arising from your participation in or reliance on any Service, course, or material. By engaging in any Service, you agree to release and hold harmless The Good Medicine Collective, LLC and Ayla Reed from all liability arising from your use of or reliance on information obtained through our Services.
5. Oracle Medicine & Energetic Work Disclaimer
Oracle Medicine and all related energetic or intuitive modalities offered are considered complementary and spiritual in nature. These sessions may involve intuitive guidance, energy balancing, somatic techniques, or spiritual reflection. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. You understand that energetic or intuitive work is subjective and may not be supported by empirical scientific evidence, and you consent to participate with that understanding.
6. Minors
Services provided by The Good Medicine Collective, LLC are designed for adults age 18 and older. Work with minors may be conducted only with explicit parental or guardian consent and under direct communication with the responsible adult.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Scheduling
All consultations, courses, and retreats are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full. Deposits for programs, retreats, or containers are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Good Medicine Collective, LLC.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials created, published, or distributed by The Good Medicine Collective, LLC, including but not limited to course content, frameworks, program structures, written materials, handouts, meditations, breathwork recordings, videos, audio files, graphics, photos, digital designs, product concepts, and other proprietary creative works (“Intellectual Property”), are the exclusive property of The Good Medicine Collective, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You acknowledge and agree that:
All rights, title, and interest in and to all Intellectual Property belong solely to The Good Medicine Collective, LLC.
Purchase, enrollment, or participation in any Service, course, or container grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view or use the materials for your individual educational or spiritual purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Company’s Intellectual Property for commercial purposes or for sharing with others without prior written consent.
You may not use any of the Company’s brand names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, audio content, text, or any other proprietary material to represent your own services or offerings.
Violation of this clause constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in immediate termination of access to Services, removal from programs, and legal action to protect the Company’s rights and remedies. Any testimonials, insights, or personal experiences shared during sessions, retreats, or programs remain confidential and may not be recorded, duplicated, or shared publicly without express written permission from The Good Medicine Collective, LLC.
9. Affiliate Disclosure
At times, we may recommend or link to third-party products or services. Some of these relationships are affiliate partnerships, which means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through those links. We only recommend products we personally use and trust.
10. Emergencies and Crisis Care
The Good Medicine Collective, LLC does not provide emergency medical or mental health services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or psychological crisis, please contact 911 or your nearest emergency department.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
