The Threshold Experience is a ceremonial healing journey held in the field with our horses. It is designed to intuitively guide you through a moment of transformation; whether you’re releasing something old, reclaiming something lost, or crossing into a new phase of life.

We begin with a slow drop-in and energy assessment, followed by a full Reiki session alongside our equine partners. The horses will respond to what’s in your field, showing you what’s ready to shift and what’s asking to be seen. From there, we move into deeper energy work: intuitive clearing, ancestral recalibration, cord work, or womb repair (guided by what arises).

This is followed by grounding and integration time, with nourishing herbal infusions and a ritual package curated for your specific healing.

With one foot in the intuitive, somatic world of energy and spirit, and the other rooted in tangible tools like nervous system support, herbal medicine, and ancestral lineage work, she guides people through integrative healing that honors body, mind, and soul. Ayla’s sessions are not just about “feeling better.” They’re about coming into truthful connection, with yourself, your story, and your body’s natural wisdom. Ancestral Threads

Ayla carries the blood and teachings of the Cherokee and Norse peoples these lineages move through her work, not as decoration, but as living relationships that guide her medicine. From her Cherokee ancestry, she carries a deep reverence for earth-based medicine, animal allies, and the cyclical wisdom of the land. From her Scandinavian roots, she draws on the resilience of the seers, herbal women, and myth keepers. And through both, Ayla remembers what it means to be in right relationship with the unseen, with spirit, with ancestors, with the old ways. and so it is good.

Tabitha Millsop is a Quantum Energy Healer who relies on deep intuitive guidance to blend multiple modalities, to support clients while they release energetic imbalances, recalibrate their nervous systems, and return to wholeness.

Her journey into helping others heal themselves began with learning to heal herself first. Born with heart disease and having navigated years of chronic illness, Tabitha has spent over two decades mastering the art of personal transformation. A car accident later became the catalyst that propelled her into understanding how to heal the emotional and energetic roots of pain.

Today, Tabitha’s trauma-informed practice is a sanctuary for empaths, caregivers, and heart-centered humans who are ready to feel lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to themselves. Through a powerful fusion of the Body Code, Quantum Reiki, and sound healing, she intuitively listens to the body’s wisdom. Guided by subtle energy, the client's innate self-healing intelligence, and compassionate presence, she creates a safe and supportive space where clients are gently held as they release, restore energetic balance, and return to a grounded sense of wholeness.
