Sacred Plant Medicine Retreat
Your GuideBook for Retreat Preperation
We are stepping into beautifully meaningful work together. Our upcoming retreat is a place of renewal, expansion, growth, freedom, healing, and sacred permission to come exactly as you are with the profound freedom to dive into your intentions with the knowledge that
You are held, You are safe, You are supported and You are seen.
Preparing your Body and mind for the Retreat
Stepping into ceremony begins long before you sit with the medicine. This is a sacred initiation—and how you prepare sets the tone for the depth, clarity, and healing of your experience. You’re not just coming to take medicine—you’re coming to meet it. To greet an ancient intelligence with reverence, readiness, and openness.
In the next four weeks we ask that you are as intentional as you can be with what your physical body is consuming. The cleaner and clearer you come into this retreat the better. Think about your diet in the next month, aim for highly nutritious meals that breathe love into your system, avoid alcohol and other harmful substances as much as you can, stay hydrated, prioritize your sleep and make an effort to draw awareness into everything that your physical body is consuming. This includes the things we watch, what we listen to and the people we surround ourselves with.
Connect with your body, commune with nature, journal, meditate, dance, laugh, slow down and listen to what your body, mind and spirit are asking for in these weeks leading up to the retreat.
Crafting Your Intention
Crafting an intention for this retreat is not about setting expectations—it’s about creating an energetic anchor. When we enter into relationship with sacred plant allies, we’re not consuming a substance; we’re initiating a dialogue with intelligence far older than our own. Your intention is the opening line of that conversation. It tells the medicine:
“This is what I am ready to explore. This is where I am willing to be met.”
A clear, heart-led intention acts like a compass during the journey. Even in moments of intensity, confusion, or emotional release, your intention becomes a root system beneath the experience, helping you remember why you came and what you are offering up to transformation. Whether your intention is to heal grief, call back lost parts of self, open to divine connection, or simply listen—what matters most is that it comes from your truth, not your ego.
The medicine meets you where you are—but your intention helps guide where it goes. It invites the plants to work with you, not just on you. It is a prayer, a promise, and a permission slip for your healing to unfold.
A Word From Our Facilitators

A Medicine Woman’s Prayer
I will not rescue you
for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you
for you are not broken
I will not heal you
for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you
through your darkness
as you remember
your light.
