Food is The Medicine

Food is truly our wisest medicine or our most potent poison, it is our choice how we interact with food. Many clients come to me needing guidance on their relationship with food. There is so much confusion around what is healthy and what isn’t… you can thank the messed up food pyramid from the 90’s and the cigarette turned big food companies for that rabbit hole. The truth is food doesn’t have to be confusing and nutrient dense foods really hold the keys to 90% of the health puzzle. This is because a healthy gut is the bedrock in which we either thrive in good health or suffer with chronic disease.
