This chakra governs the womb, ovaries, bladder, kidneys, and lower back; all of which relate directly to many of the patterns you’ve shared: the UTIs, yeast imbalances, high stress, and emotional suppression.

You are invited now into a reclamation of this space, not through force, but through permission. This is your time to become the sacred container for the waters of life… your own and your baby’s.

Somatic Practice

Womb Spiral with Pelvic Breath

How to Practice:

  1. Sit or lie down in a quiet space.

  2. Bring one hand to your womb, one to your heart.

  3. Inhale deeply into the pelvis, feeling it expand outward like a bowl of water.

  4. As you exhale, spiral your hips gently in a clockwise motion, tracing small circles with your sacrum.

  5. Imagine orange light gathering in your womb. With each spiral, visualize clearing space for joy, pleasure, and safety.

  6. Repeat for 8–12 breaths, 1–2x per day or anytime you feel tension or emotional congestion in the lower body.

Reflective State of Mind

I have some prompts to think about in your mediations, your journaling time, or just when you are in a reflective state of mind.

How much of my time am I investing into consumption versus creation each day?

Where do I feel inspired in my life? Where do I feel congested or stagnant? Can I release/ reevaluate where I feel stagnant?

Who am I surrounding with? are there people in my life that I need to bring in closer? Are there people that I need to reevaluate?

What am I watching and listening to everyday? How is this expanding me or constricting me?

How much am I sitting throughout the day? Where in my life can I bring in more movement into my life?

What am I chasing?

What am I clinging to?

Do I feel purposeful in my life? If not, how can we begin to find our purpose?

What am I seeking to create in my life in the next 6 months? the next year?

What does joy look like for me?

Am I seeking a posture of gratitude for the present moment?

How are we talking to ourselves? Are the words we speak about ourself laced with love or venom?

Have I employed and asked for help in places in my life where I can use a hand?

Help can be from people in our lives, AND from our guardians, protectors, spirits, ancestors, guides and our belief system. You have a huge team in the unseen. They are ready to help you… you just need to ask.

Ritual: Sacral Salt Bath with Orange Rose Petals

Oracle Bath for Emotional Flow

  • Draw a warm bath and add:

    • 1 cup Epsom salt

    • 1/2 cup baking soda

    • 5 drops of sweet orange or ylang ylang essential oil (pregnancy-safe in this dilution)
