I am opening a small number of private sessions while teaching in Mykonos, Greece.

These sessions are an opportunity to step away from the noise, return to your body, and receive deeply personalized care. Each offering is guided by what your system is communicating in the moment, weaving together myofascial release, Acutonics, herbal medicine, therapeutic oils, energetic attunement, and traditional medicine practices.

This is not a predetermined sequence or one-size-fits-all treatment. It is intuitive, responsive work created specifically for the person in front of me.

Choose from a 60-minute or 90-minute Myofascial Attunement, or a private Hapé Medicine Session.

  • 90-Minute Myofascial Attunement

    $222

    A deeper and more spacious journey into the body’s living architecture.

    This extended session allows time to follow the fascia beyond the place where discomfort first appears and listen for the deeper patterns held within the tissues. I blend intuitive myofascial work with Acutonics, therapeutic oils, herbal medicine sprays, and energetic attunement to support physical release, emotional movement, and nervous-system integration.

    The additional time allows the body to soften without being rushed, creating space for deeper unwinding and a more complete whole-body recalibration.

  • Sacred Hapé Ceremony

    $150

    A private ceremonial experience with Hapé, a sacred Amazonian plant medicine traditionally used for grounding, clearing, prayer, presence, and connection.

    We begin by creating a clear intention for your time with the medicine. Hapé is then served within a held ceremonial container, followed by spacious integration and support as the medicine moves through the body, mind, and spirit.

    This offering is for those feeling called to clear what has become heavy, quiet the noise of the mind, reconnect with themselves, or meet a personal threshold with greater clarity and reverence.
