From Root To Crown
Awaken your inner alignment
Root to Crown is a vibrational reclamation. a Triumphant return to the body’s original frequency.
Each chakra unlocks a sacred code, restoring the nervous system, awakening memory, and reweaving your energy back to truth.
AHO, ASE, AMEN
Welcome Dear Loved Ones
Once you enter this space, you are stepping into a living, breathing process of restoration. Root to Crown is an invitation to move through the energetic centers of the body with intention: to listen to what each one holds, notice how it expresses itself in your body and life, and make space for what is ready to come back into alignment.
Usually I teach this journey live over eight weeks. For this offering, I have gathered the recordings from my previous teaching so that my friends around the world can enter the work across countries and time zones. You will still be able to hear me teach each lesson and move through the practices with me, while giving your own system the time it needs to integrate.
How to move through this space
Begin with the Root Chakra portal, then move upward through Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. The eighth portal is devoted to Integration. Each one holds an orientation to that energetic center and a growing library of support, including meditations, somatic practices, rituals, crystals, sound therapy, journaling prompts, and other tools for exploration.
You may open a portal first to become familiar with its teachings and practices, then watch the corresponding recorded lesson. All Zoom recordings are linked at the bottom of this homepage. Return to the portal afterward and follow the practices that speak to you. You are welcome to spend more time in one place, revisit a recording, or carry a practice with you as you continue upward.
This course is designed to be experienced, not rushed. Let each layer reveal itself in its own time. Allow your body to be part of the conversation as we restore coherence, awaken memory, and invite your system back toward its original frequency.
I am honored to walk this path with you.
All zoom recordings of each lesson are located on the bottom of this homepage

The Crown Chakra Zoom Recording
We have reached the final energy center. What a beautiful journey it has been.
This week we step into the Crown Chakra, the energetic center of consciousness, divine connection, and higher wisdom. Resting at the top of the head, the crown chakra invites us beyond the limits of the thinking mind and into direct relationship with something greater than ourselves. As we explore this center, we examine the beliefs, identities, and attachments that may keep us feeling separate, disconnected, or uncertain. Together, we cultivate presence, surrender, discernment, and trust; learning to quiet the noise, listen deeply, and recognize the wisdom that has always existed within us. From this place, we remember that healing is not something we chase, but something we allow.

The Third- Eye Chakra Zoom Recording
This week we step into the Third Eye Chakra, the energetic center of intuition, perception, insight, and inner wisdom. Located between the brows, the third eye chakra governs our ability to see beyond the surface of things, access deeper truth, and trust the guidance that arises from within. As we begin exploring this center, we examine the ways conditioning, fear, self-doubt, and external influences may have clouded our perception or disconnected us from our innate knowing. Together, we cultivate discernment, strengthen our intuitive awareness, deepen our relationship with inner guidance, and learn to navigate life with greater clarity, trust, and vision. Through this work, we begin to see ourselves, others, and the world around us through a lens of deeper understanding and expanded consciousness

The Throat Chakra Zoom Recording
We have made it into the upper energy centers! Well done.
This week we step into the Throat Chakra, the energetic center of truth, expression, communication, and authentic voice. Positioned at the bridge between the heart and the mind, the throat chakra governs our ability to speak our needs, honor our boundaries, share our wisdom, and live in alignment with our deepest truth. As we begin opening this center, we explore the ways unspoken words, fear of judgment, self-censorship, and past experiences may have shaped our relationship with expression. Together, we cultivate the courage to communicate clearly, listen deeply, trust our inner knowing, and embody the power of speaking from the heart with clarity and conviction.

The Heart Chakra Zoom Recording
We continue this work by stepping into the Heart Chakra, the energetic center of love, compassion, connection, grief, forgiveness, and sacred relationship. Positioned at the midpoint of the energetic body, the heart serves as the bridge between the lower chakras, rooted in survival, identity, emotion, and embodiment, and the upper chakras, connected to truth, intuition, spirit, and divine consciousness. As we begin opening this center, we explore the ways the heart chakra shapes our ability to give and receive love, hold healthy boundaries, process grief, soften protection patterns, and return to the wisdom of living with an open heart.
A Reminder we will be spending 2 weeks in the Heart Chakra, Live Zoom’s will continue on June 13th with the Throat Chakra
