The Good mEdicine Roadmap

The embodiment of true health is when body, mind and spirit are working together in harmony and in balance. When you address and heal the nervous system you are also healing the emotional body, when you heal the emotional body you are also healing the psychic body. When you heal the psychic body you heal and elevate your vibration. Once you have healed your vibration realities shift.

Reclaim Your Sovereignty

Phase Three: Secondary Detox Protocol

Targeted Support for Suspected Lyme Co-Infections (Duration 4–6 Weeks)

Now that we have completed your foundational protocol and successfully moved your body through the first phase of detoxification, we are ready to begin the next stage of your healing journey.

Based on your clinical history, laboratory findings, and the way your body has responded over the past several weeks, I continue to have a strong clinical suspicion that chronic Lyme co-infections may be contributing to your current pattern of inflammation and immune dysregulation.

The goal of this phase is not simply to “kill” pathogens. Instead, we are working to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance by strengthening immune resilience, improving detoxification pathways, reducing inflammatory burden, and helping your system gradually release toxins that no longer serve you.

This phase will last approximately 4–6 weeks before we reassess your progress.

Continue From Your Foundations

Drainage Essentials (Core Formulas)
Dose: 1 capsule daily

Continue Drainage Essentials to support healthy lymphatic circulation, liver function, and cellular waste removal. Efficient drainage allows your body to safely eliminate toxins as they are mobilized throughout this phase.

Reishi Supreme
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening

Reishi continues to provide important immune regulation while helping balance inflammation and support nervous system resilience. As detoxification progresses, maintaining a calm and regulated immune response becomes increasingly important.

Vitamin D3 + K2 (Pure Encapsulations)
Dose: 1 capsule daily with food

Continue Vitamin D3 and K2 to support healthy immune function, balanced inflammatory signaling, bone health, and optimal hormone regulation.

MegaIgG (Microbiome Labs)
Dose: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening

MegaIgG continues to support intestinal barrier integrity while helping bind bacterial endotoxins within the digestive tract. Maintaining gut integrity reduces inflammatory burden and supports healthier immune regulation throughout detoxification.

Supplements Being Discontinued or Paused

At this stage we will make the following adjustments:

  • Discontinue Golden Thread Supreme

  • Pause NAC

  • Pause Ox Bile

These changes allow us to shift our focus toward targeted microbial support while maintaining the detoxification pathways we have already established.

New Targeted Support

Cat’s Claw Supreme

Primary Botanical Support

Week 1

  • 1 capsule in the morning

  • 1 capsule in the evening

Week 2

  • 2 capsules in the morning

  • 2 capsules in the evening

Week 3 and Beyond

  • Continue 2 capsules twice daily

Cat’s Claw has been selected as the primary botanical support during this phase because of its long history of use for immune modulation and herbal support in individuals with suspected chronic Lyme and Lyme co-infections. It also provides anti-inflammatory support while offering additional cardiovascular and connective tissue benefits.

During this phase, Cat’s Claw serves as the primary botanical that gently encourages immune recognition while helping mobilize inflammatory burden for elimination.

Takesumi Supreme

Binder Support

Dose: 2 capsules daily

Timing:

  • 30 minutes before food or supplements or

  • 90 minutes after food or supplements

As toxins are mobilized, it is essential that they are effectively bound and eliminated rather than reabsorbed. TakeSumi serves as your primary binder during this phase, helping reduce toxic load while supporting a smoother detoxification process.

BodyBio PC

Dose: ½ teaspoon daily with food

Continue BodyBio PC to support healthy cellular membranes, mitochondrial function, detoxification efficiency, and overall cellular resilience. Healthy cell membranes improve communication throughout the body while increasing your ability to tolerate detoxification comfortably.

What to Expect

Detoxification should feel manageable; not overwhelming.

It is normal to have temporary increases in fatigue, mild headaches, muscle soreness, changes in bowel habits, or brief symptom fluctuations as inflammatory compounds and stored toxins are processed. These responses are often temporary and should gradually improve as your body clears the increased toxic burden.

If symptoms become intense or difficult to tolerate, please reach out so we can adjust the protocol accordingly.

Our goal is steady, sustainable progress, not aggressive detoxification.

This phase is designed to reduce inflammatory burden, support healthy immune regulation, improve detoxification capacity, and help restore the resilience your body needs to move toward long-term balance and recovery.

The Throat Chakra;

Honoring the wisdom of your voice

This month marks the culmination of your three-month journey; the space where everything you’ve uncovered, released, and rewritten now begins to take shape through your voice. You’ve spent these past months tending to the roots that once held scarcity and survival, and bringing light back into your heart. You’ve rewritten the stories that were never truly yours to carry, and you’ve begun to remember what it feels like to belong to yourself again.

The Throat Chakra is the bridge between your inner world and the outer one. It is the gateway where truth takes form, where belief becomes vibration and vibration becomes creation. After all the clearing and restoration you’ve done, this is the moment where your voice becomes the vehicle of your sovereignty. The energy that once moved silently through your field now wants to be spoken into existence; through words, song, prayer, laughter, declaration, and sound.

When you honor the Throat, you give yourself permission to become the storyteller of your own lineage. You are no longer simply processing what your ancestors endured, you are now expressing the beauty and wisdom they left behind. Their resilience, creativity, courage, and devotion all live within you, waiting to be sung forward through your truth.

This is the month of reclamation. Of announcing your return to wholeness. Of letting your voice ripple through time to rewrite the field of your family line. You are here to say, “It ends with me…and it begins with me.”

The throat teaches us that expression is an act of creation. Each time you speak a truth born from your heart rather than your wound, you alter the geometry of your reality. Each time you use your words to bless instead of apologize, to declare instead of defer, you anchor a new vibration of safety and abundance in your system.

You have cleared the roots, mended the heart, and honored the lines that shaped you. Now it is time to speak the story of the man you are becoming… not from hope or longing, but from truth already embodied. This is the song of your Sovereign Return.

The Ritual of the Voice as Medicine

The Teaching

The ancients knew that voice was never just sound. It was vibration. It was a spell. In many traditions; from the Hebrew mystics to the Vedic sages to the Norse seers; voice was seen as the power to shape reality. Words were not casual. They were incantations, agreements, living breath carrying creation itself. To speak was to cast. To cast was to alter the world.

This is the forgotten art of the throat chakra. When the voice is used defensively, from resentment or judgment, it still casts; but the spell is distortion, binding you and others into cycles of criticism. When the voice is used as medicine, from sovereignty and heart-fire, it casts clarity, healing, and transformation into the very field of those who hear you.

Your voice, is one of your greatest instruments. You were drawn to me because the cadence, tone, and energy of my words reached into your field and unlocked something. That is throat chakra mastery, not clever phrases, but resonance. The medicine landed because the spell was clean. This is the work before you now: to refine your own spell-casting so that your words create fields of receptivity, trust, and transformation around you.

When you begin to speak from this place, you will notice your clients respond differently. Your friendships will shift. Your intimate life will deepen and your clients, who already benefit from your work, will feel your authenticity reach them more fully. Because your words will no longer be filtered through distortion, but offered as sovereign coherent transmission.

The Ritual of Listening and Living Voice

Preparation

Each morning, before speaking to anyone, place one hand on your heart and one hand at your throat. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Say to yourself: “I choose to listen first. I choose to speak as medicine.” This sets the field for your day.

Step One: Listening to the Self

Throughout the day, pause when strong emotions rise; irritation with staff, judgment toward family, frustration with your body. Before words leave your lips, ask: What am I really saying beneath these words? What is the truth under the resentment? Listen deeply to yourself. Often the real need is tenderness, not criticism. By hearing yourself first, your throat clears before you speak.

Step Two: Listening Beyond the Words

When others speak, practice hearing what is unspoken. Clients, employees, even family may use words that cover their deeper meaning. Someone may say, “I’m fine,” but the body slumps, the tone sharpens, the eyes tell another story. This is throat chakra mastery: listening with the whole field, not just the ears. Each day, choose one conversation where you consciously attune to the unspoken. Notice what shifts in you when you hear beyond the surface.

Step Three: Speaking as Spell

Once you have listened, then choose your words carefully. Remember: every phrase you utter lands in someone’s field as energy. Ask yourself before speaking: Will this land as medicine, or will this land as defense? Speak slowly, clearly, and with intention. Even simple words… “I understand,” “You are safe,” “I appreciate you”… become spells when spoken from a place of alignment.

Step Four: Daily Application

  • In your work: Practice listening to what your clients don’t say. Let your words of reflection carry healing resonance.

  • With your staff or vendors: Instead of reacting in frustration, pause and name the truth you hear beneath their surface words.

  • At home: With your beautiful wife, practice soft words of appreciation. With your new bundle of joy, choose words that are free from old wounds. These small, daily moments are the living ritual.

Closing Each Day

At night, place your hand on your throat and say: “Today, my voice was my medicine. Each word I spoke was a spell of truth and love. I release what was defense. I keep what was medicine.”

Integration

This is not a ritual that happens once in a quiet room. This is a daily practice of listening and speaking. It is the art form of noticing, pausing, attuning, and then letting the words you choose become sovereign spells. When you master this, your voice will heal in your home, in your friendships, in every interaction. This is how the throat chakra comes alive: not only through mystical practice, but through living, breathing, listening, and speaking as medicine.

 Energy Work through breath

Bidirectional Clearing Practice

How This Practice Supports Your System Right Now

This practice is designed to help your body safely circulate and release stored energetic and emotional charge while we focus on opening drainage pathways. Using breath, sound, and gentle Qigong-style hand movements, you are creating a clear route for energy to move both upward and downward through the body. On the way up, each energy center is checked in with individually and invited to release through the throat and mouth, allowing charge to complete its cycle without being stored or suppressed. On the way down, the same centers are supported in discharging excess energy through the feet into the earth, using gravity and grounding rather than force.

This bidirectional approach is especially supportive when the system has been under strain from detox. Rather than pushing toxins or emotions out aggressively, this practice restores flow and communication between the body’s centers, the breath, and the nervous system. It reinforces the throat as a point of circulation rather than pressure, helping your system release what is ready while staying regulated and resourced. Practiced consistently, this supports drainage, reduces internal congestion, and prepares the body for the next phase of detox to resume more smoothly.

Throat Clearing & Voice Opening

This practice is designed to open and clear the throat in a way that is both safe and effective. The throat is a sensitive gateway. It holds physical tension, emotional residue, and unspoken stories, and it responds best when clearing happens in a layered, intentional sequence rather than all at once.

We begin with salt water gargling because it creates a physical opening in the throat. Salt stimulates the tissues, supports the vagus nerve, and helps loosen residue that can accumulate when expression has been held back for long periods of time. Spitting the water out is intentional. It signals to the body that old material is leaving the system rather than being pushed deeper.

Hapé comes next to ground the nervous system and sharpen awareness. At this point, the throat has already been gently opened, allowing the medicine to settle without overwhelming the body. This sequencing helps reduce unnecessary purge responses while still supporting emotional and energetic release. The medicine anchors you into the body so the work that follows can move through with steadiness rather than force.

Breathwork and vocal toning complete the practice. Sound creates vibration, and vibration is one of the most effective ways to move energy out of the throat. Rather than pushing or forcing expression, this allows what has been held to travel naturally upward, pass through the heart, and release through the voice. The goal is not volume or performance, but circulation.

This practice is about clearing. It restores flow so the throat can become a place of clean expression, discernment, and internal authority. Each step prepares the next, allowing the system to open, release, and integrate without overwhelm.

For this practice you will need:

A quiet place free from distractions

Cup of Warm salt water

Empty cup to spit into

Integration Practice What Is Mine To Carry & What is NOT

Why We Are Doing This Practice

The throat chakra is not meant to store family trauma. It is meant to move truth through the body and restore clear boundaries between empathy and self-erasure.

This practice helps you:

  • Release emotional charge you may be holding on behalf of your family line

  • Give language to what was once unsafe to say

  • Strengthen your capacity to listen without absorbing

  • Anchor your voice as a boundary, not a burden

The Practice

Phase One: Ground the Body

Choose a quiet space where you will not be interrupted.

Sit or stand upright with both feet on the floor.

Place one hand on your throat and one hand on your lower belly.

Take five slow breaths:

  • Inhale through the nose

  • Exhale through the mouth with a soft sigh

On each exhale, consciously soften your jaw and drop your shoulders. Quietly say to yourself: “I am safe to feel. I am safe to speak.”

Phase Two: Wake Up the Throat Through Sensation

Before using words, we allow the body to speak.

  • Slowly roll your shoulders back and down five times

  • Gently roll your neck in small circles

  • Lightly hum on the exhale in a low, comfortable tone

Feel the vibration in your throat and chest. Notice what is present in the throat area. Tightness, pressure, numbness, or warmth are all acceptable. There is nothing to fix.

Phase Three: Spoken Inquiry

Speak each question out loud, slowly. After each question, pause and let your body respond before your mind.

You do not need perfect answers.

1.What pain in my family system am I still carrying that does not belong to me?

Pause. Notice any sensation in your throat, chest, or belly.

On the exhale, make a low, steady sound and imagine releasing that weight downward through your feet.

2. What did I learn as a boy about staying quiet to keep the peace?

As you speak, gently massage the sides of your neck with your fingers.

3. What truths about my mother or father were never safe to say?

You are not judging. You are naming.

If emotion arises, continue breathing and allow sound instead of words if needed.

4. What emotions did I swallow instead of speaking?

After answering, gently shake out your hands and arms.

Take one deep breath and sigh it out.

5.What am I afraid would happen if my voice fully existed?

Say whatever comes, even if it feels incomplete.

Phase Four: Release and Boundary Reset

Place one hand on your throat. Inhale through the nose. Exhale with a long, low sound, like wind moving through a cave. Repeat this five to ten times. No forcing. No performance.

Between sounds, say quietly or out loud:

“I release what is not mine to carry.”

“I honor what I have survived.”

“I keep my voice.”

Closing Integration

Place both hands on your heart. Take three slow breaths.

Quietly say:

“I can be present without absorbing.”

“I can listen without disappearing.”

“My voice is allowed to exist.”

Aftercare

After completing this practice:

  • Drink warm water or tea

  • Sit with Hape or in meditation

  • Give yourself space before engaging in heavy conversation if possible

  • If emotion surfaces later, place a hand on your throat and hum gently instead of analyzing

This practice can be repeated once or twice this week as needed.

The winds pass through, taking the old stories with them, leaving your voice clean, steady, and sovereign
