It is with great honor that we welcome BACK Maria and Cindy to The Medicine House for the second time this year… what a blessing!
This October, the Medicine House opens its gates for a two-day immersion unlike any other, where the science of fascia release meets the living current of energy medicine. Guided by Maria Alfieris, a master of fascia release and energetic healing, and her gifted colleague Cindy Criss, you will step into a sacred field of education, embodiment, and attunement.
The workshop unfolds at The Medicine House; nearly six acres of deeply treed, energetically charged land, a sanctuary where earth, spirit, and body come into harmony. Here, the fascia; the connective web that holds memory, tension, and trauma; is approached not only as tissue, but as a living archive of the soul. As you learn and practice these powerful release techniques, you will also be attuning to the subtle language of energy that moves through all living things.
At the heart of this experience is Horse Medicine. My two mares, who walk this work with me and hold a long lineage of healing presence, will join us as co-facilitators. Horses are master regulators of the nervous system, attuned to coherence, authenticity, and emotional truth. Throughout the weekend, you will have the rare opportunity to partner with them directly, to feel their field, learn from their natural healing capacity, and allow their presence to deepen your own release and integration.
This retreat is not simply about learning a modality. It is an initiation into seeing the body as a sacred vessel, fascia as the map of our stories, and the horse as mirror and guide. You will leave with knowledge that can be carried into your own practice, but more importantly, you will leave with a body, spirit, and heart more open, more fluid, and more attuned to the rhythms of healing.
