There is a frequency that lives in a woman’s body when she is calling in life, carrying life, or recovering from bringing life through her. It is tender. It is powerful. It is ancient. And it deserves to be tended.
This offering is an evening devoted to the womb field. This space is for women 18 and up who are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or moving through postpartum. The body in these seasons is not just hormonal. It is open. The fascia softens. The nervous system becomes more impressionable. The emotional body becomes more transparent. This is why care matters. This is why environment matters. This is why who surrounds you matters.
We will begin with gentle fascial awareness work that helps unwind tension patterns in the pelvis, diaphragm, jaw, and heart. Fascia is the living web that holds your structure and carries your history. When it is contracted from stress or old holding patterns, the womb space can feel guarded or depleted. When it is softened through presence and breath, the body remembers how to trust itself again. This portion of the evening will be slow, intuitive, and deeply regulating.
From there, you will settle into an extended sound bath immersion. As you rest, energy workers will move through the room offering individualized energy work to each woman. We will be tending the womb field, the heart field, and the nervous system. Some women may feel warmth. Some may feel emotion move. Some may simply feel a deep exhale. All of it is welcome. This is about coherence. This is about safety. This is about calling the body back into alignment with its own intelligence.
A specially curated womb tea, will be served to gently warm and nourish from within. Floor mats will be provided for your comfort. You are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket if you desire extra support.
