LONGHORN YOGA AT THE MEDICINE HOUSE
September 19th | 8:30–9:30 AM
The Medicine House
3773 New Hope Road, Aubrey, Texas 76227
Energy Exchange: $35
Welcome to Longhorn Yoga at the Medicine House; an outdoor yoga experience beneath the open Texas sky, surrounded by trees, horses, birdsong, and, of course, our Texas Longhorn cattle.
This is an invitation to come back into your body, back into your breath, and back into the steadiness of the earth beneath you.
Bull medicine carries the energy of grounded strength, endurance, protection, presence, and deep rootedness. There is something incredibly powerful about moving beside animals who embody that kind of stillness without effort. They do not rush. They do not perform. They simply occupy their space fully.
That is the medicine we are bringing into this practice.
Through mindful movement, intentional breath, proper alignment, and nervous-system regulation, we will create space to soften, strengthen, and return to center.
Whether you have practiced yoga for years or have never stepped onto a mat before, you belong here. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to know the poses. This flow is open to all levels and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Longhorn Yoga is led by Abby Roberts, owner of Bloom Apothecary, Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Health Practitioner, and yoga instructor.
Bring your mat. Bring your water. Come move your body beneath the open sky.
The Longhorns will be waiting.
