Join us at The Medicine House for a gentle, trauma-informed outdoor yoga practice surrounded by horses, gardens, ancient trees, and the quiet wisdom of nature. This one-hour flow is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and remember the innate intelligence that already lives within your body.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, this class welcomes you exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore mindful movement, proper alignment, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation in a way that leaves you feeling more grounded, present, and connected.
This offering is led by our dear friend Abby Roberts, owner of Bloom Apothecary, a trauma-informed herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Health Practitioner, and yoga instructor. After more than fifteen years of personal practice, Abby teaches from a place of deep compassion, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through curiosity, presence, and intentional movement. Her classes emphasize safety, accessibility, and the understanding that healing begins by coming home to ourselves.
At The Medicine House, we believe healing happens not only through what we practice, but through where we practice. As you move beneath the morning sun, surrounded by the peaceful presence of the land and its animals, you’ll be invited into a deeper relationship with both your body and the natural world.
