Resonant Frequency is a couples-only, immersive sound and somatic experience designed to support nervous system regulation, connection, and presence.

This is not a performance. It is a guided journey.

The evening begins with simple, grounded partner connection practices to help couples arrive together in their bodies. From there, we move into a full-body somatic sound journey using crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, percussion, and the human voice. Throughout the journey, herbal allies will be incorporated through hydrolats, hydrosprays, oils, and subtle energetic rebalancing to support relaxation and coherence.

For this experience, each couple will also receive a cacao oil heart ally to take home. We will share practical, accessible techniques couples can use with the cacao oil to support connection, regulation, and intimacy beyond the event.

This experience is designed to be warm, grounding, and restorative. It is for couples who want to slow down, reconnect, and let their systems reset together without needing to talk everything out.

After the sound journey, we will share a full Texas barbecue dinner, included with your ticket. We will close the evening around a bonfire with s’mores, community and fellowship allowing space for integration, ease, and shared presence.
