Hosted at The Medicine House
Led by Maggie Leverett and Abby King Roberts
There are seasons when the soul grows heavy; when grief gathers like storm clouds and the body aches for release.
This circle is for that.
Wailing Women is a half-day ceremony for the alchemy of sorrow, a space to honor what has been lost, loved, and carried too long. Here, grief is not an illness to cure, but a sacred current to be felt, voiced, and witnessed back into belonging.
We will gather in the heart of The Medicine House, a place where the land listens and the walls have known many prayers. Together we’ll drink ceremonial cacao, move with the breath of the body, and let sound and color become our language of release.
Through somatic grounding, intuitive painting, and energetic tending, participants will remember how to let emotion move and how to let it be holy.
No performance. No fixing. Only remembrance.
This is an invitation to come home to yourself, to lay down what you’ve carried and to let your voice rise again.
What You’ll Experience:
• Cacao Heart-Opening Ceremony
• Somatic & Energetic Grounding Practices
• Intuitive Painting Journey for Grief Release
• Closing Integration & Sharing Circle
• Nourishment for Body and Spirit
May the sound of our grief become a hymn of healing.
May the earth remember our tears and turn them into rain.
This offering is open to women ages 18+
