Through a series of intentional vocal activations, breathwork, and vibrational techniques, we’ll reconnect you to the resonance of your own truth. The throat chakra (Vishuddha) governs expression, integrity, and the ability to speak what has long been silenced. When open and aligned, it serves as a bridge between the heart and the mind, allowing us to speak from a place of embodied wisdom.
This activation is not about singing in tune. It’s about tuning in: to the sound of your nervous system releasing, your cells remembering, and your spirit rising. You’ll learn to use your voice to massage the fascia from the inside out, clear stagnant energy, and create harmonic balance throughout the body. Each tone you release is unique to your own blueprint; a sacred frequency encoded for your healing.
Following the vocal activation, you’ll be guided into a full-body, immersive soundbath experience designed to anchor and integrate. Our soundbaths go beyond passive listening. They are a living field of vibrational medicine, woven with crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, ocean drums, and deep resonant tones that restore coherence to the body, mind, and field.
We incorporate essential oils, hydrosols, and intuitive somatic touch to invite your entire being into a parasympathetic state. Every sense is engaged. Every cell is invited home. The result is not just relaxation, it is recalibration. A return to resonance.

This offering is open to men and women ages 18 and up Please wear comfortable clothing. We have made an upgrade and now have floor mattresses available for our Soundbath experience so no need to bring a yoga mat.
