The Good mEdicine Roadmap
The embodiment of true health is when body, mind and spirit are working together in harmony and in balance. When you address and heal the nervous system you are also healing the emotional body, when you heal the emotional body you are also healing the psychic body. When you heal the psychic body you heal and elevate your vibration. Once you have healed your vibration realities shift..
Reclaim Your Sovereignty
Opening The Crown
Seat of Surrender • Field of Unity • The Vertical Axis
The Crown Chakra governs your relationship to something larger than your individual identity. It is the seat of unity, surrender, and vertical alignment. While the lower centers organize safety, power, love, and perception, the Crown asks a different question: can you release control without collapsing? This chakra is not about acquiring spiritual experiences. It is about stabilizing trust.
The Crown regulates your capacity to remain connected without dissociating. When healthy, it allows you to feel guided without becoming dependent. You can experience reverence without losing discernment. You can hold humility without diminishing yourself. This center governs your relationship to meaning, faith, and the larger architecture of life. It is less about what you believe and more about how you relate to the unknown.
Distortion in the Crown often shows up in two primary ways. The first is spiritual inflation: believing you are uniquely chosen, uniquely persecuted, or uniquely special in a way that separates you from others. The second is spiritual disconnection: cynicism, numbness, or an inability to access trust at all. Both distortions stem from imbalance. The mature Crown does not elevate you above others, nor does it disconnect you from something larger. It stabilizes you within the field.
As we enter this phase, the invitation is not to chase transcendence. It is to practice surrender in a grounded way. This means loosening the need to predict outcomes, softening the need to control perception, and allowing life to unfold without constant bracing. Crown work becomes stable only when the lower centers are regulated. Strong foundations are the key for this work to become possible without fragmentation.
The Crown is ultimately about coherence. When this center is balanced, you do not need to prove your insight or defend your belief. You do not need intensity to feel connected. You become steady. Open. Grounded and vertical at the same time. This is integration work.
The invitation of this portal is simple: remain embodied while expanding trust. Release what you cannot control. Anchor what you can. Allow perception to soften into perspective. And let connection deepen without losing yourself.
The Law of Mentalism
The All is Mind. The Universe is Mental.
The Law of Mentalism teaches that reality is not random matter moving without intelligence. It is structured within consciousness. This does not mean that life is imaginary or self-created in a simplistic way. It means that experience unfolds within a field of awareness. Perception, belief, and attention influence how that field organizes around you. Where the Third Eye learns to see patterns, the Crown learns to understand the nature of the field those patterns arise within.
Mentalism invites a deeper responsibility. If reality is shaped within consciousness, then your internal state is not separate from your lived experience. Your expectations, assumptions, and core identity influence how you interpret events, what you allow, what you resist, and what you reinforce. This is not magical thinking. It is the interaction between nervous system, cognition, and attention shaping behavior and outcome.
Distortion of this law often appears in two forms. The first is egoic control: believing you can force reality to conform to your thoughts alone. The second is fatalism: believing everything is predetermined and you are powerless inside it. Mature Mentalism lives between these extremes. It acknowledges that you participate in the field without dominating it. You influence through awareness, not through force.
The Crown integrates this law by softening attachment to rigid identity. When you recognize that the mind participates in structuring experience, you become more careful about the narratives you rehearse. You become aware of the stories you repeatedly tell yourself. You begin to ask: is this belief expanding my field or contracting it? Is this identity stabilizing me or trapping me?
This is not just positive thinking, but rather conscious thinking. It is about recognizing that attention is creative. What you repeatedly focus on strengthens. What you continually rehearse becomes structural. Mentalism asks you to observe the architecture of your own mind before attempting to change the outer world. As you enter Crown work, the invitation is not to manipulate reality. It is to refine the quality of your awareness. When the mind becomes quieter, less defensive, less rigid, the field organizes differently. Not because you forced it, but because you stopped reinforcing old patterns.
Mentalism is not control. It is participation.
The Crown matures when you understand that you are not separate from the field of consciousness you move within, yet you are not its sole author either. You are a participant in a larger intelligence. The work now becomes humility, clarity, and responsible awareness.
Sacred Geometry of the Crown
The Truncated Dodecahedron
The sacred geometry associated with the Crown Chakra in this system is the truncated dodecahedron. This is an advanced Archimedean solid composed of twelve decagonal faces and twenty triangular faces arranged in precise symmetry. Unlike the simpler elemental geometries of the lower centers, this shape represents layered, multidimensional structure. It is not about foundation. It is about architecture.
The Crown governs unity, surrender, and connection to a larger field of intelligence. The truncated dodecahedron reflects this by combining expansive decagonal faces with smaller triangular stabilizers. The decagons symbolize expanded awareness, the capacity to hold vastness. The triangles provide anchoring points, preventing collapse or diffusion. Together they create a geometry that is both open and structured. This mirrors mature spiritual integration: expansive but not ungrounded.
Where the Third Eye’s truncated icosahedron represents distributed perception and multi-perspective cognition, the truncated dodecahedron represents field coherence. It is less about seeing patterns and more about stabilizing within the field those patterns arise from. The Crown does not sharpen interpretation. It softens identification. It allows you to participate in a larger intelligence without losing structural integrity.
This shape also carries dimensional symbolism. The dodecahedron family of geometries has long been associated with ether or the subtle field beyond the classical elements. By truncating it, the geometry becomes more complex, more integrated, more refined. It suggests consciousness that has moved beyond polarity and into structured unity. The Crown Chakra reflects this movement: from individual identity toward participation in something larger, without dissolving into abstraction.
In other sacred geometry models, the Crown is associated with the Flower of Life rather than a polyhedron. The Flower of Life is a two-dimensional generative grid composed of interlocking circles. It contains within it the blueprint of the Platonic solids and is often described as the pattern from which creation emerges. Where the truncated dodecahedron represents structured field architecture, the Flower of Life represents generative unity. One expresses structural coherence. The other expresses creative origin.
Both geometries speak to the Crown’s essential function: integration into the greater whole. The truncated dodecahedron emphasizes containment and dimensional stability. The Flower of Life emphasizes interconnectedness and the underlying pattern of creation. As you work with this portal, the focus is not on visualizing complexity for its own sake. It is on embodying what the geometry represents: expansive awareness held within stable structure.
The Crown does not remove you from your body. It refines your relationship to the field you are already part of. This geometry serves as a reminder that connection requires containment, and surrender requires strength. The invitation here is not transcendence. It is coherent participation.
Angelology of the Crown:
Archangel Gabriel & The Way of Remembering
The crown is not the place where we become more spiritual. It is the place where we stop believing we were ever separate. Every chakra below has asked something of you. The root asked you to belong to the Earth. The sacral asked you to feel. The solar plexus asked you to become. The heart asked you to soften. The throat asked you to speak. The third eye asked you to perceive. The crown asks something entirely different. It asks you to surrender the illusion that you have ever walked alone.
Here we discover that awakening is not the acquisition of something new. It is the remembrance of something ancient. It is the slow dissolving of every story, identity, and fear that convinced us we had to earn our way back to God. The journey of the crown is not one of ascension but of recognition. It is the quiet realization that the separation we have spent our lives trying to overcome never truly existed.
Throughout history, one presence appears again and again whenever humanity stands at the threshold of Divine remembrance. That presence is Gabriel. In the Christian scriptures, Gabriel announces the births of John the Baptist and Jesus. To the prophet Daniel, Gabriel helps unveil visions that transcend ordinary understanding. In the Islamic tradition, Jibrīl becomes the living bridge through which Divine revelation is received by the Prophet Muhammad. Across traditions, Gabriel does not come to impress humanity with miracles. Gabriel comes to awaken. Not by giving people a new destiny, but by revealing the one that has always existed beneath fear, conditioning, and illusion. This is why Gabriel has long been associated with the crown. The crown is not the place of information. It is the place of revelation.
From the seat of the Oracle, I have never understood angels to be personalities floating somewhere beyond the clouds. I understand them as intelligences, as living currents of Divine order, patterns of consciousness continually breathed into existence by Creator. Whether you experience Gabriel as an angelic being, an archetype, a field of intelligence, or simply as the language your heart uses to describe sacred guidance is entirely your own relationship to cultivate. Names matter far less than resonance. The invitation is not to adopt a particular belief system. The invitation is to become available.
Gabriel does not usually speak in words. Gabriel rearranges perception. A conversation suddenly makes sense. A burden carried for years quietly dissolves. The answer arrives before the question has fully formed. You stop trying to control life because something infinitely wiser has begun moving through you. The mind often calls these moments coincidence. The soul recognizes them as remembrance.
One of the greatest misunderstandings of the spiritual path is believing that surrender means becoming passive. It does not. Surrender is one of the most active things a human being can practice. It is the courageous release of the illusion that control creates safety. It is allowing the small self to loosen its grip long enough for your deeper intelligence to remember the way home.
The Hermetic Principle of Mentalism teaches us that The All is Mind. If creation itself emerges from Divine consciousness, then every thought we entertain either obscures our relationship with that consciousness or reveals it more clearly. As we arrive at the crown, the questions themselves begin to change. Rather than asking, “What do I need to create?” we begin asking, “What would Creator create through me if I stopped getting in the way?” That question changes everything. It shifts us from effort into partnership, from striving into participation, from personal will into Divine alignment.
If you choose to cultivate a relationship with Gabriel, I invite you to ask for something deeper than signs. Ask for coherence. Ask that everything false gently fall away. Ask that every identity built upon fear dissolve with compassion. Ask to perceive reality with clearer eyes. Ask to remember. Then become quiet enough to notice what changes. Truth almost always whispers, not because it is weak, but because what is real has never needed to compete with noise.
As you complete this journey through the chakras, my hope is not that you become “more spiritual.” My hope is that you become more honest. More present. More available. More willing to become an instrument through which Love can move without distortion. Perhaps that has always been the work. Not ascending into Heaven, but allowing Heaven to remember itself through you.
