Days 3 and 4 we focused on the techniques in video 2, This lesson is all about connecting to heart center. Your heart is the place of LOVE. This lesson will help you to connect your breath to your heart chakra energy. In this lesson we are going to LIGHT your heart up with joy and love, connecting these emotions of the heart with our lungs and our breath delivers us into such an expansive plane.
